Founded by famed Spanish designer Cristóbal Balenciaga, this luxury fashion house has transformed over the past century from a humble shop in San Sebastián, Spain to the influential powerhouse that it is today.
Currently owned and operated by the Gucci Group, the Balenciaga label today is most notorious for its motorcycle-inspired bags (the "Lariat", in particular). There are currently only four Balenciaga boutiques in the United States: One in New York, two in Southern California, and the newest one that can be found inside the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas boutique carries exclusively Balenciaga accessories.
